How it works

No software to learn. No portal to log into. Just a clean list, every Monday.

  1. Records update daily

Every new business in Florida is filed as public record. We watch those filings the moment they post — no guessing, no scraping the gray areas.

  2. We clean it up & tag it

We sort each filing by industry and attach the owner's name and mailing address — so you're looking at real prospects, not a messy data dump.

  3. You get one simple sheet

Every Monday at 8am ET, a tidy Google Sheet lands in your inbox — just for you, no one else in your county gets the same list.

No more burned lists

Why we're not like other lead lists

If you've been let down by lead vendors before, here's what's different about us.

Never recycled

These are brand-new filings — businesses that registered last week. No tired list that's been sold to ten other agents first.

Just for you

One insurance producer per county. When you claim yours, your list is yours alone — nobody else gets the same names.

100% public records

Everything comes straight from official Florida state filings. You reach out your own way, on your own terms.

Questions, answered

Straight answers — no fine-print games.

Where does this data come from?

Every row comes from the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations — the official public record of new business registrations. We watch those filings daily and hand you the freshest ones, cleaned up and tagged by industry.

Is this legal? It feels almost too good.

Yes. This is public-record business data that anyone can request — we just do the daily legwork for you. You run your own outreach your own way. We never autodial or text personal cell numbers, and the data is about businesses, not consumer credit.

How fresh is each Monday's list?

Very. The records update daily, and your sheet covers the businesses that registered the prior week. Last week there were 751 new businesses in Orange County — roughly 150 every business day — so there's always a fresh batch waiting for you on Monday morning.

What's actually in each row?

The business name, its industry, the city, the owner's name, and the mailing address. About 93% of rows include a real owner name and mailing address — the rest are brand-new filings still finalizing their paperwork.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Absolutely. It's month-to-month — cancel anytime, no penalty, no awkward phone call. And if you're one of the first 5 founding members, your rate is locked for life for as long as you stay.

What happens if my county is already taken?

Because we only work with one insurance producer per county, that territory closes once it's claimed. If yours is already spoken for, we'll let you know and add you to the waitlist for the moment it opens back up. Neighboring counties like Seminole, Osceola, and Lake may still be open.
